How to Apply MOH Kuwait Medical License

Step 1: Open the MOH Medical Licensing Website

Visit: https://medlic.moh.gov.kw/OnlineMedicalLicense/dashboard.jsp

You’ll see the dashboard with different categories.

Step 2: Create a New User Account

If you’re a first-time user, you need to create your login:

• Click CREATE ONLINE USER ACCOUNT

• Choose your sector:
  • Government Sector Health Professionals → User Registration for Government Sector

• Private Sector Health Professionals → User Registration for Private Sector

• Fill out the registration form with correct information.
• Click CREATE ACCOUNT

Step 3: Log in to Your Account

Once you have successfully created your account:

1. Go back to the dashboard.
2. Click Login.

• Enter your Username and Password.

• Click Login.

Step 4: Add Your Education Details

• After logging in, a pop-up will prompt you to add education details.
• Fill in your qualifications and click Submit.

• If you have multiple degrees or diplomas, click Add More Education Details to include them all.

Step 5: Add Your Work Experience

• Next, add your work experience.
• Start with your most recent job and work backward.
• Submit all your entries.

• You’ll see your added details on the dashboard.

Step 6: Apply for a Full-Time License

1. Click Return to Home.
2. Select Full Time Licenses Service.

• Click New Personal License.

1. Choose Permanent under License Type.
2. Select your profession.

1. Confirm your details and click Continue.

Step 7: Upload Required Documents

All documents must be in PDF format (max size 1 MB), except your photo, which should be a 4×6 JPEG.

You’ll need:

1. Civil ID (PDF)
2. Recent passport-size photo, blue background (JPEG)
3. Valid BLS Certificate (AHA or ASHI) (PDF)
4. Recent original experience certificate (PDF)
5. Original education certificate (degree/diploma) (PDF)
6. Medical test results (medical certificate & blood report in a single PDF)

Upload all documents as prompted.

Step 8: Submit Your Application

• After uploading, you’ll see a pop-up confirming successful submission with your Application Reference Number.

• Within a few days, you’ll receive an email update.
• You can also check your status in the dashboard and download your license once it’s approved.

Final Tips:

• Double-check all uploaded documents to avoid rejection.
• Keep your login credentials safe for future renewals.
• Always ensure your BLS certification is valid and up to date.
