🧾 Step 1: Prepare Required Documents (Nursing Staff)

🎓 Academic & Professional:
  • Matric Certificate (Science)
  • Matric Marksheet
  • FSc Certificate (Pre-Medical) – if applicable
  • FSc Marksheet
  • General Nursing Diploma (3 Years)
  • All 3 years Mark sheets
  • Midwifery / Specialized Diplomas (ICU, Pediatrics, etc.)
  • Midwifery / Specialized Marksheet
  • Post RN / BScN / Generic BScN Degree (if applicable)
  • Transcript / DMCs for all years
  • Nursing Registration Certificate – PNC

Step 3: University Degree Holders (BScN / Post-RN)

For BScN/Post RN Nurses:

  • Degree Attestation Process:
    • Attest from University (Controller of Exams)
    • Then HEC for degree & transcript
    • Then MOFA
  • Experience Note (VERY IMPORTANT):Only post-degree experience is acceptable for equivalency
    Experience during studies or ongoing/current job experience is not acceptable
    Must be dated after degree issuance and before application submission
    ✅ Experience should be signed, stamped, dated, and include designation & duties

Step 4: HEC/IBCC Attestation (if applicable)

  • Diploma Holders: No HEC required, but DGN is compulsory
  • Degree Holders: HEC attestation is mandatory for degrees

All previously attested documents must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Pakistan.

Kuwait Embassy Attestation in Pakistan

Submit the following:

  • MOFA-attested documents
  • Valid Passport Copy
