Process for MOH Kuwait – Medical Professionals

Steps to start verification:
Enter you Civil Id Number and click on “Hawaiti Request”
- Authenticate with your Kuwait mobile id (HAWAITI)
- Go to the language menu and select the English language
- On left panel you can see “EQUIVALENCY OF CERTIFICATE”
- Click and select “Qualification verification request (QuadraBay)”
- Download the consent form – Fill and Sign and rescan the signed because this authorization letter you will need in every request
- You can see the fee structure for health care
- Complete the relevant fields and information
- Upload the documents required
- Remember Previous Degree
- For post RN Nurses is Diploma Nursing
- For Generic BSN Nurses is FSC Certificate
Click “ADD” to upload the Documents
- Upload your passport
- Upload the authority letter (consent form you filled and scanned)
- Click Submit the Request
Once you will receive message on SEHAL Application in your mobile
Then
- left panel you can see “EQUIVALENCY OF CERTIFICATE”
Click “Inquiry about certificate equivalency requests”
- click on search button
- you will see your Quadrabay request
- click the green icon
- click the Pay Now Quadrabay fee option and pay
